Joseph John brings over three and a half decades of experience in journalism and communication, honed at leading media organizations, including his tenure as Coordinating Editor with the prestigious Times Group. This role deepened his understanding of storytelling and effective information dissemination, key components of impactful communication. Along the way, his passion for dialogue and resolution led him to earn a Grade B Mediator certification from the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM), Kochi.

His journey into career counselling began three years ago, driven by his belief in mentorship’s transformative power. Armed with a Global Career Counsellor Green Belt certification, he has since guided aspiring talents, helping them unlock their potential and discover fulfilling careers. Witnessing these individuals grow has been immensely gratifying for him, reinforcing his commitment to this vital work.
