About Counsellor:
Dr. Shweta Bisen is a Founder and Director of “ManoBHAAV…Where Mind Resonates”. She is a NCERT certified counsellor, and an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner with rich experience of 12 years in counselling adolescents in the areas like – Choosing career, Effective study habits, Motivation issues, Relationship issues and Behavioural issues. She had also been into training HIV/AIDS counsellors in association with Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
She was topper in Masters and M.Phil (Psychology) and she has received Best Paper Awards in conferences. Her research work has been published in both national and international journals.
She has been a guest on various Talk shows of channel- IBC-24 (Chhattisgarh).
She is perceptive, open-minded, sincere and trustworthy; loves undertaking research projects and is dedicated towards her goal. She is driven by a desire to empower adolescents to heal, grow and achieve balance ultimately leading to happiness in life.

We chose ManoBHAAV for our daughter's career guidance, with first interaction only, we felt we are going in a right direction. She completed the assessment. She got 2 online sessions and third one was face to face interaction. We had a very good discussion with Dr. Shweta, she answered all the questions put forwarded by me and my daughter.
